Main Street Advisors LLC is a completely independent, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor firm with offices in Westminster, Maryland and Hanover, Pennsylvania. It provides financial planning and investment advisory services to individuals, families, trusts, estates, and corporations in the greater Maryland-southern Pennsylvania area. As a boutique financial advisor providing highly personalized services to a limited client base, obviously our people are our key resource.
David Richard Peloquin, CFP, formed Main Street Advisors in early 1999, and is sole owner and President of the firm. He began his career in financial services at Equitable Bank, NA in 1984. Prior to forming Main Street Advisors, David was an investment advisor at Investment Resource Group, Ltd. of Towson, Maryland for seven years. While there, he provided financial planning and investment advisory services to IRG's clients, and assisted that firm's owner in the transition to a fee-based practice.
David graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore in 1983 with a business degree, and earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 1989. He has resided in Westminster with his wife and three daughters for the past eighteen years. In his leisure time, David enjoys spending time at home with his family while also remaining active in his local Rotary club, of which he is a past President.

Michael Perhac, CFP, joined Main Street Advisors in December 2007 as Vice President and Senior Investment Advisor. Mike is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner and an Investment Advisor Representative. He received a Bachelor's Degree from Richard Stockton College and a Master's Degree from the University of Maryland College Park. Prior to joining Main Street Advisors, Mike was a financial advisor with PSA Financial in Lutherville, MD. He resides in Westminster with his wife, Valerie, and their two children, Reagan and Aidan.
Ann Mondor joined Main Street Advisors as Operations Manager in October 2002. Before joining MSA, she worked for eight years as a database and marketing manager for Deerfield Healthcare Corporation, a senior day care company. Ann graduated cum laude from Mt. St. Mary's College in 1994 with a business and finance degree. Ann lives in Westminster with her husband, Rob, and two children, Sean and Lauren. She enjoys spending time attending her children's athletic events, gardening and scrapbooking.
Shannon Dell joined Main Street Advisors in May 2008 as Operations Administrative Associate. Shannon graduated summa cum laude from Towson University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to joining MSA, she was Corporate Treasurer for Stambaugh's, Inc., a site development contractor. She is also a Senior Independent Beauty consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics, and co-owner of Cranberry Valley Angus Beef, a Natural Black Angus freezer beef company in Westminster. Shannon lives on a farm with her husband, Tommy, and their children, Grady and Josie. She enjoys traveling, gardening, 4-wheeling, and spending time around the farm with her family and animals.
